”Did not like the fact that my room had a sliding glass door that opened straight to the back yard, very unsafe for a woman traveling alone. Also was under the impression a free breakfast was included with the reservation, which I was denied at the bistro. The attendee could not make change for a $20 bill and the credit card machine wasn't working. I left hungry because I'd already checked out of my single nights stay. ”Could tell room was half clean. Counters still dirty and a used lotion was given to me in the bathroom. The rooms A/C did not work and it was so warm I couldn’t sleep. Also the coffee make was dirty inside, would recommend machines with detachable water reservoirs we can clean before use. The blankets were also incredibly itchy and no too sheet option for those who don’t like blankets. The most noticeable & worst was the sewage smell in the lobby”
