”Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them.
Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair.
Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. ”

”Clean but not behind furniture - someone had unplugged the clock so I moved the nightstand and it was absolutely filthy behind it. Gross! Beds were fresh clean and comfortable. ”Place was under renovation. First floor totally gutted and littered with construction debris. Had to walk through there to get to elevator.
Stayed on third floor which was new and nice. Felt unsafe as one door on the floor being renovated was propped open.
We were not informed of any of this at the time of reservation and no discount was offered. ”

”Had no issues, other than I found some gross hairballs stuck to a couple of my towels. I know mistakes happen, so this isn’t a big deal. Otherwise, A grade stay.
Staff wise, there was a certain morning crew person on breakfast was a little rude, but she could have had a bad morning. There was also a very pleasant gentleman that offset this.
Overall, I had a good stay and will be staying here again on my next trip.”

”Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. ”
