”Beautiful view with amazing snorkeling close to the beach! The property was very clean, and nicely decorated. Very private - we felt like we had our own private beach:). Property manager was extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions and offered great recommendations for dining and local attractions. We would definitely return!!”

”This property is away from the busy touristy part of the island. It is beautiful. The house is perfect for big groups. We had an extended family vacation. The one thing that would make this property perfect, which I know the owners can’t do anything about, is entry to the “beach/ocean” right in front of the house. The owners provide an excellent solution with the paddle boards and kayaks to make it out to a part that you don’t sink when you stand up though. We found plenty of other beaches close...

”Sadly, our second week at this house was cut short by Hurricane Beryl, but our first week here was amazing. The house has absolutely everything you need for the beach. The pool was beautiful and we had coffee on the beach every morning. We love the slower pace of Rum Point and this house was so peaceful and beautiful. Karen was wonderful and very quick to respond.”

”We were several friends and family staying here and other places, but this was the perfect landing place for everyone to eat, swim, play volleyball, enjoy. It never felt crowded. Well appointed with pool and beach toys, chairs, towels. The place was super clean. ”Very nice and clean home. The cable did not work during our stay but we didn't miss watching tv one bit, we were too busy exploring the island! Property is about 20 minute drive to Rum Point and 50 minute drive to beautiful 7 Mile Beach. Sargassum weeds was quite bad out at the dock and very windy conditions proved difficult to snorkel at the property during our stay but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.”

”Spent 10 days at the house. Very close to the airport and downtown for shopping, restaurants and markets. Enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. Snorkeled out towards the breakers and it was very good. House is beautiful, had everything we needed to enjoy some quiet time. Patricia and Tricia were awesome to deal with. Would definitely go again.”

”It was a great stay. The unit was right next to the pool and we didn't see anyone in the pool all 5 days we stayed. We explored the island during the day and lounged at the pool at night. The kitchen is well equipped and we had no problem preparing meals. I had read reviews about the AC being locked at 75 degrees but this was not a problem. When you are at the beach all day, coming back to 75 degrees is great. And there are ceiling fans throughout the unit. I would definitely stay there again.”
