”Perfect”

”I had a medical issue in my family - mom is in hospital down in Southern California with major issues. I tried canceling and or changing dates. I purchased protection on my hotel just in case something like this might happen. I talked to them too. No one helped fix the issue. So I paid for protection but didn’t get any and I paid for a room and didn’t get to use that either. Not happy ”

”Room was clean and comfortable, location was a little confusing. Also parking was confusing as well. ”

”The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff was very nice. A previous guest changed the settings on the room tv and I couldn’t log in to my account. The front desk gentleman helped me get it all working. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is a great location. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store.”

”Condo was comfortably furnished and well equipped for a pleasant stay. Location just north of downtown is excellent. The complex is undergoing a big construction project which was a little disruptive. The complex is shockingly dark at night, and the unit did not have an outside light, which I did not like. Contact person was very helpful. On the whole I recommend this property, but bring a flashlight!”

”Mountain decor was nice. Balcony was super nice. Great location for walking through town. Good parking. The town is slow to get up in the morning - found a little coffee place a few blocks up. Nobody at the desk overnight though had me triple checking I had my key with me. Pool setup is a little weird with huge windows to the front desk so it’s like an aquarium. Nice place. Cool town.”

”Dated and musty room. The ac was noisy and the bed was sagging. Both pools are enclosed, I felt like being in an aquarium. I expected better, I didn’t realize there was a difference between the lodge and the inn.”

”Unit was dirty and felt rundown for the price. Construction going on in unit above.”

”Cute, clean condo. Very welcoming coming into the condo with holiday music playing and the lights on.”
