”Our family of 6 (our Adult children and a grandchild) had a wonderful time at this resort. The pool area, dining, and boat trips (one to a private beach that is complimentary) were the highlights. And the service is top notch, very attentive. Also paid for a boat tour to see the seals and lighthouse which was excellent with Captain John. The rooms could use some upgrades and some painting/cleaning around the cottages. For a top notch family resort on Cape Cod, it’s either here or Chatham Inn. ”

”A friend and I stayed for 2 nights and found the lodging to be quite comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the full bathroom was spacious and clean. While we didn't use the kitchen, it seemed well stocked. The reclining chair and large screen TV with wrap around sound was nice to return to. ”Some 23 of us, arriving at staggered times, had a wonderful experience. We visited places all over the Cape, sat and played on our private beach, and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of water craft. There was truly something for everyone. There were two cousins, ages 8 mo and 5 mo that entertained us as well as two cousin dogs who romped and played endlessly. It was FABULOUS!”

”House was old with paint chipping inside and bathroom floors not very clean. Only 4 large towels with no kitchen towel (only a kitchen wash cloth). Aluminum pans burned food. Overall, it was nice just to have a house to stay in instead of a resort.”

”Well-maintained family home tucked away in an idyllic Harwich nook. Lots of room to spread out, and perfect for littles. Had everything we needed for our week on the Cape. Low profile service yet there if we needed. Del Mar is doing great work on the Cape. We've been seasonal guests for 40 years and I'm so glad to see this company stewarding great properties as of the last ten years. My extended family has a legacy home under repair and this was a great home away from home while we couldn't stay...
