”This hotel was my first HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER. I paid for an early check in. I got in the elevator it smelled like mildew all the way up in my hotel room so when I got to my first room it was cold so I quickly turned on the heat & the whole front part of the air conditioner fell off! I checked the room more & the table,desks,dressers, weren’t even CLEAN! The floor wasn’t even VACUUMED! The bathroom wasn’t even CLEAN AT ALL! So i politely asked for another room. My second room the smell was...

”Not the room i asked for, or reserved. If i had known this hotel had been purchased by OYO, I would never have reserved it to start with. There actually is no breakfast at this location. ”

”Room was exceptionally clean and staff on site were friendly and inviting. While the hotel location itself is a little out of the way, the price and condition make up for that.
However, the elevator is honestly a nightmare. I feared I would get stuck in it each time, I really suggest it gets checked. Couldn’t find a plaque card stating the last time it even serviced but by the noises it made I would guess it had been a while.
Overall if I ever find myself in Houston again I would be open to...
