-Guests will be given a code to a lockbox that will have the key in it.
-Wifi connection is great, but be aware that there is no cell reception in the parking lot or around the complex. If you need to contact us or make a phone call, please, try to drive up the road to get a signal. The complex is surrounded by mountains, which could be the reason.
-Guests are allowed everywhere on the condominium complex premises.

We live 10 minutes away. Tony is always available to assist, contact us via Airbnb.

Our complex has everything for a perfect weekend or longer stay-fire pits, grills, beautiful pond, surrounded by mountains.
We are minutes away from Hunter and Windham mountains, and all famous hiking trails.
Check out Colgate Lake walk around trails - it is just 15 minutes away,
another Catskills treasure -"American Alps" how we call it here.
CD Lane park in the Maplecrest area, RT 40, and make a left when exiting the complex.
Seasonal water activities, free kayaks are available there, beautiful trails.
Pickleball enthusiast must try Rip Van Winkle Park courts .

Getting around is easier by car.
There is a taxi service in town Smiley’s, if arriving by bus.
Private chauffeur can be arranged, contact directly .

No parties
No smoking,
No pets allowed. We can’t accommodate any animals (including service) because of the allergen free environment that we guarantee to provide .
If you bring a pet without telling us beforehand, we'll charge a $200 fine for excess cleaning fees.
Enjoy the fireplace on a chill evening, burned logs must stay inside the fireplace-fire hazardous.
No cooking in fireplace, please!!

Master bedroom thermostat may not turn on, if this happens , check the breaker box near entrance door-the breaker gets blown if more then 3 thermostats are running at once .

Turn off lights and adjust thermostats to 60F when leave the premises

Take garbage out and load dishwasher before checking out.

Clean the stove after yourself.

No pets .
