Upon entering our home you will walk through an enclosed front porch with seating and a great table for games or meals. Leading through the mudroom and laundry room, including a beverage fridge, you will be greeted with our charming family room featuring a smart tv and electric fireplace. The lower level includes a guest bedroom, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a walk out screened-in deck with patio seating and swing, a dining area and a kitchen. Our kitchen offers a toaster, Keurig, Air Fryer, stove, oven, microwave and a refrigerator.
An additional gathering room with reclining couch, another smart tv and 2 guest bedrooms are on the second level.

We're just minutes to Downtown East Jordan and less than 10 miles to Boyne City. For your winter adventure, Boyne Mountain Resort is just 15 miles away for a weekend filled with skiing, snowshoeing and more! Boyne also offers ten world-class golf courses. You can enjoy the Monument and the Alpine. At Boyne Highlands are the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, the Moor and Heather courses. The Bay Harbor Golf Course offers the Links, Preserve, and Quarry courses. All courses are open to the public. A golf shop is on site at Boyne Mountain for all of your golfing needs.

Mackinac City is just an hour drive from the home where you can take in a day of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing. Drive across the Mackinac Bridge into the Upper Peninsula, or take a ferry over to the Historic Mackinac Island where you step back in time.
