”My husband and I stayed here just for one night but wished it was for more. The whole apartment is just beautiful and very clean. The balcony overlooks the pools and has plenty of room to sit and enjoy. The bathrooms are spacious and nicely done. I especially liked the kitchen. Huge refrigerator and counter space. We will definitely be back!”

”Stayed over my daughter's spring break in late March. Everything was as described in the posting. Secure and gated building and a seemless check in. Loved the walk way to MGM and the strip even though the weather was great it made me feel better than walking along the side streets in Vegas. Did pools the last day and it was fun to bounce between MGM pools and the more private pool at Signature. Definitely would stay here again!!”

However I was not able to use MyVEGAS.com rewards over at MGM because of this being a Vrbo and from what I was told at the rewards desk, is that this property is really not affiliated with MGM Grand. Also their pool made me throw away a brand new unopened bottle of 7up because they claim there’s no outside food or beverages allowed. I purchased the soda on the property and they’re not checking what people are bringing in that’s in their...

”Nice property near the action but quiet and smoke-free. Easy walk to MGM. Good communication from the owner.”

”We loved our stay! The property manager was very prompt in answering my questions and even very helpful when I had to change the dates. We had a rental car and it was extremely helpful to have free parking and valet service. We had a great view of the Sphere. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.”

”Todella hyvä hotelli, mukava uima-allasalue. Hieman kaukana Stripiltä ja lähellä menevä juna Stripille lopetti klo 00 liikennöinnin sinä päivänä kun oltiin, normaalisti liikennöi klo 02 asti. Huone oli todella hyvä, siinä oli suuri jääkaappi, liesi, mikrot ja täysvarustus. Huoneessa oli poreamme ja safe. Kaikki mitä tarvittiin.”

”I was promptly greeted when I checked in and was provided directions to my room as well as my assigned parking spot. The one bedroom unit was quite large and fully equipped. I will definitely stay there again.”

”Great view from the balcony. Room was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Unit owner was very responsive and even gave us early check in. The Palms Place staff was so friendly & helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again in the future. ”

”Custo x benefício muito bom. Muito boa localização. Para quem busca local bem localizado para curtir a cidade é uma excelente opção. Só tive problemas no check-in que o meu quarto não estava disponível na chegada, é regularizado no dia seguinte.”

”Close to the strip and Deuce bus. Well maintained apartments. All cooking facilities provided if required.”

”Very good place, everything works fine and we definetely will come back. But, There was a good barbeque place but some customers? celebrates for example bithdays there with other customers cant use it then. No cleaning at six night stay.”

”Good location, room and facility a little bit outdated. Washing machine didn’t work. Two bathroom was nice especially when travelling with bigger family. Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and Caesars Palace are the closest Casinos.”

”Big rooms. Clean and fair condition. Relaxed weekend. It really deserved four stars. Next hotel was supposed be beter but I felt downgraded. Not too far from strip. Nice spa.”

”Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here!”
