”What happened to this place? It used to be one of the nicer hotels in Vegas, but these days, there are nicer motels in town. Took 8 hours of going back and forth between rooms to get one with functional air condition. Non-smoking rooms reek of cigarette smoke, noise cancelation is poor, amenities are fallint apart, even simple things like taps don’t function as they should. No sight of maids during a 4-night stay, had to go beg to get more toilet paper. Bizarre experience, won’t be staying...

”Bed was comfortable and room was quiet so we slept well. One issue we had was the person who cleaned our room threw away a trash bag we were using for our dirty laundry so we lost some clothing items. Other than that our stay was fine.”
