”Title: Absolute Nightmare - Health and Safety Hazards Review: I booked a "Deluxe" room, but what I walked into was uninhabitable and dangerous. Upon arrival, the door to our room was wide open, the TV was on, and the bed was messy. Most alarmingly, the room was completely missing its smoke detector/fire alarm, which is a major safety code violation. ”The pool was closed due to maintenance and when offered to use the neighbor hotel pool they denied us due to over capacity.”

”Property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff were vey friendly and accommodating. ”

”The building had strong odor of mold and mildew. I sneezed for two days. Stains in tub and toilet. Gross!”

”Clean room, Staff was great, air conditioning was good, but the buffet style breakfast was lackluster. Could've been free. Seemed greedy to charge for what was offered. It was about $9 per person with only a few things to choose from. Fresh fruits, oatmeal, cereals, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. Things that are usually free in other hotels.”

”Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. ”

”The room smelled really bad. There were two boxes of baking soda hidden on the floor behind the curtains to try to help with the smell I’m sure. The pool was disgusting which was very disappointing. The wifi was not working I ended up having to call the help number listed online to get IT to manually connect all of our devices after trying for hours. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Linens were clean. Not worth the price at all!”

”Everything was good except the pool for extremely cold and kids didn’t want to get in. Other guests were there too and complaining of same issue. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. It was just warm. They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never did get comfortable enough to swim in. This was the whole reason we stayed here. For our grandkids to swim. Very disappointed. ”

”Zues was absolutely amazing, we were booked to stay at another hotel and it was disgusting we switched to staybridge where zues even posted happy birthday for my fiance. Thank you for an amazing stay and very clean room.”

”I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it.”

”Hotel was comfortable, breakfast was good. Rooms need a good cleaning and a lot of renovation. Sheets had spots, carpets dirty and walls need to be painted. ”

”The hotel is aged, duct tape all over the carpet in the hallways, old cracks in the shower floor with built up crud, “stuffy” feeling of the air. No usb ports We usually choose Holiday Inn because HI has good quality and free breakfast. This was a total disappointment, no breakfast buffet, and aged building. There was no warm feeling - just an overall disappointment for the cost. I wish I would’ve paid $50 more for a different hotel. Or even the cheapest hotel was more updated than this...
