”Great place to stay, quiet and clean, nice breakfast, very helpful and pleasant host.”

”Excellent.”

”È stato bellissimo!sembrava di essere in una favola!!”

”We cant praise this place enough. The welcome, the room, the decor, and the food. It was absolutely first class. We only stayed one night but it was faultless. We would unquestionably stay here again.”

”Nice pub and garden, great stay.”

”The only good thing about the property was the location. The room was clean, but very uncomfortable with low beds, no remote for the TV , a broken chair, and the slow stream of shower water was far too hot. There were none of the luxuries advertised, nor was the basement set up to eat/drink as advertised. Common areas were not clean or well maintained. The owners are clearly trying to sell the property.”

”Nice quiet area and nice neighbors and lovely house with fully amenities for the accommodation and close to city centre and football ground and university nearby and plenty of restaurants nearby and access to inner ring road and outer ring road and close to motorway northbound southbound and eastbound”

”Bathroom smelled really really bad, like there were drainage problems and the fire alarm triggered in my room at 5:40 for no reason waking everyone in the block - pub is fantastic though!”

”We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!”

”Fantastic host looked after us incredibly well, the place is right opposite the Lincolnshire county show ground, peaceful and quiet, we had a lovely walk up and down the bridal path. The host is an artist and showed us her works which is very impressive. The site has a new sauna and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was brought to us at the time we chose. Loved it and would book again if we are in the area.”

”Worn-down. Smelly toilet. Many permanent residents.”

”Super stay, extremely comfortable room and delicious breakfast.”

”Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, reliable wifi for business travelers. I arrived before check in time and the owner was very kind and gave me another room that was ready. Local community is very close but kind to outsiders. Convenience store very close by. Will definitely stay there again when I travel to that area. Thank you Jaimie and crew, I truly enjoyed my stay!”

”Pet friendly stay for One night . Clean and comfortable. Didnt have dinner, breakfast very nice , lovely lady serving. Fresh milk delivered first thing in the morning a nice touch. Charge of £25 PER NIGHT for a pet I believe is excessive. £20 per stay seems the average these days . So I suppose £25 per stay would be acceptable for the quality of establishment. NOT £25 per night though !”

”Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. A small fridge with ice box in the room and of course a kettle. They just enjoyed adding those extra touches which make all the difference. The outdoor pool and sunbeds were perfect...
