”The property management is a little confusing because I've had to contact both Expedia, Zelloo, and Livily. I was not aware of this since it wasn't mentioned in the property details. The photos provided also look like a mix of multiple room properties, so I can't say it matched what we expected. Also, ours did not have a balcony. Overall, our family with children had a good stay.
