Grass in the back was not cut until Fri so we really couldn't access the back yard as we were a little unsure of if anything was in the grass. House had a stale smell and sheets and pillow cases smelled of cigarette smoke. A jacket was in the middle room hung on the back of the door that reeked of cigarette smoke and we had to purchase smell goods to make the house look better. Didn't realize 2nd bathroom was in...

We were lied to that the previously noted maintenance issues were repaired (sewage leak into basement and broken washer/dryer filled with mud). Kitchen was filthy with food encrusted utensils. Only 2 forks (dirty!) for a place that sleeps 6. We believe the manager is a chabot. ”

”Very nice, clean and comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice 3 bedroom gave us all a little bit of privacy as each bedroom on different floor. My only issue the very upstairs needs a mirror! Lol. Other then no mirror it was perfect and was perfect for my Dad, brother and sis in law while my Mom was in the hospital. Very easy to get to! Quiet neighborhood! ”
