”Did not like the fact that you are charged for services you dont use and you are charged to park at the hotel you are staying at. Overall stay was nice pool bar and pool are very nice bartender was excellent.”

”Loved the customer service especially check in girls sweet as can be and spot on! My favorite was the breakfast Starbucks and the workers shout out too Rosie! Room was clean and they shampooed the carpets in the hallway when I was there smelled so clean!! Loved that I ordered dominos first night because the plain gets in so late that was quick and delivered right to my room that was nice. I hated taking the trolley bus because NO shuttle bus but you also don’t pay taxes each night which is nice....

”Room was compact but nicely updated and air conditioned. Happy hour and breakfast had good selections and staff was helpful and friendly. Location was excellent - walkable to all parts of downtown in every direction. Pool was a great temperature with plenty of shade. Having a parking spot was also appreciated - $30 a night was a bargain in Key West.”
