Nice stay for two families.
We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The Shining Sea bikeroute in Fallmouth was also well reachable from here. The streets are very dimly lighted with no sidewalks to speak of so walking in the evenings can be limited near the hotel - we got a flashlight to loan from the reception. Very nice affordable place - when we come back to Cape Cod we will certainly have this place on our short list.
