”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”

”Great location close to Hospital, shops, food outlets. Off street parking, clean with all amenities you would need in an apartment. Good size rooms. We have stayed here before and will stay again if needing apartment accommodation. ”

”Stayed overnight for a concert nearby. The staff were wonderful in welcoming us & assisting with arranging a shuttle bus to and from the venue. Food was very good & the accommodation very comfortable & clean. Will definitely stay there again. Such a good experience ”

”It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking ”

”Retro style little motel. Easy check in, as we arrived late at night and the room was set up for us to just walk in and collapse. Clean facilities. Within very short drive of a fab cafe - onyx - where we went for a pretty awesome brekky the next day.”
