🛏️ BEDROOMS

Master Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed, private ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with two chairs and a table overlooking the string-lit yard, firepit, and expansive woods.

Guest Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): Queen bed with a private deck accessible only from inside.

Guest Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Twin trundle (can be converted to a Queen), dedicated workspace, laundry access, private deck, and direct access to the hot tub.

🛁 BATHROOMS

Primary Bath (1st Floor): A spa-like, art-filled retreat featuring a walk-in bath/shower combo, a luxurious Japanese soaking tub, and a Bluetooth speaker bath fan.

Master Ensuite (Upstairs): A private, wood-ceilinged bathroom off the Master with a shower, tile floor, small vanity, LED mirror, and skylight.

🛋️ MAIN LIVING SPACE & KITCHEN

Our open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is great for entertaining and spending time together.

Cozy up by the 55" Smart TV or head to the upstairs hangout area featuring a record player and a large CordaRoy's beanbag (converts into an extra bed).

Fully equipped kitchen with a 7-person dining table, fridge, microwave, full stove/oven, coffee maker, and basic cookware and utensils.

Stay comfortable year-round with a high-efficiency ducted heat pump downstairs and a ductless heat pump upstairs. ❄️🔥

Washer/dryer provided for guest use in the downstairs Twin bedroom laundry closet.

🌲 OUTDOOR OASIS

Private Hot Tub: ♨️ A 4-person hot tub sits at the rear of the house overlooking the firepit and woods (accessible via the yard or Twin bedroom).

Screened Porch: Large space off the kitchen perfect for foosball, yoga, or relaxing in the hanging chair while watching the deer. Great spot to store ski, snowboard, or outdoor gear!

Decks: The main front deck features a large picnic table and Gas BBQ (propane tanks and basic tools provided).

Yard: Relax in the hammock, gather around the main firepit under the string lights, play yard games like cornhole, or explore our small series of gravel trails.
