Lakefront hirsitalo - todellinen Pocono Mountain-helmi !!

Tämä viehättävä aito hirsimökki on suloinen ja odottaa pakoasi päivittäisestä hälinästä. Tämä hirsimökki on täydellinen talvi, kevät, kesä tai syksy. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä monista Pocono-vuoriston nähtävyyksistä - hiihto-, retkeily- ja pyöräilyreittejä, State Game Lands -alueita, ostosmahdollisuuksia, viinitilat, melonta / melonta kaikki lyhyen 1-8 mailin ajomatkan päässä. Keittiö on varustettu nykyaikaisilla laitteilla, teurastajan lohko-saari, jotta ruokailu olisi helppoa. Kaikki välttämättömät asiat, joita tarvitset keittää perheen ateria, ja muutama esine, jota et ehkä odota. Suuri pöytä mahtuu 6 henkilöä, nauti ateriasi yhdessä.
Suuri parvi sopii mainiosti lautapeleihin pelaamiseen, palapelin tekemiseen tai hölmömiseen poikkitason sohvalla ja elokuvan katselemiseen 55 tuuman televisiosta.
Suuri kannella on näköala lampille - nauti kupillinen kahvia aamulla ja kuuntele lintuja tai pidä ilta cocktaileja, palokammio nauttiaksesi ilmasta ja kaikista tähdet.

House was a perfect get-away spot. Lots of space, beautiful views and great location just minutes away from hiking, tubing and other outdoor activities. We had a couple minor issues pop up, but owner was quite responsive. Highly recommend!

Every day, we saw deer on the property. At night, we heard the sounds of summer: frogs, crickets, owls. We did not spend allot of time outdoors on the property because it was unexpectedly humid and it rained in the afternoon two of the days. We chose the house because of its proximity to waterfalls. We visited several in the Delaware Water Gap area and of course Bushkill. Each day, we returned in the late afternoon to read and relax, which we did in the loft area. We prepared most of our meals in the kitchen, which was adequately supplied with everything we needed. There's an Aldi in the area. Buffy was a great communicator.

A Calm Cabin Getaway

The cabin had all the amenities needed and so many extras! Books galore, games, puzzles, hidden activities, and even a foosball table! There was a log for the fire pit so we were able to have a beautiful fire on the 4th of July. The peacefully serene lakeside setting made morning coffee time a time to relax my whole nervous system. We saw baby deer and heard the songs of the birds and frogs. It really was magical!

Beautiful cabin. Located about 50' from a pond. Geese and deer constantly coming around the property. Clean cabin. The owners were also checking on us once we got there to see if everything was ok. It rained the whole weekend which was perfect for me. Hearing the raindrops off the lake and trees. We really enjoyed this getaway.

Me and my husband had a wonderful time. Nice place to relax and enjoy the quietness Cleaning couldve been a little better. The carpets weren't vacuumed and the fridge was a little dirty. Overall stay was good.

beautiful cabin but very cold

Beautiful cabin by a cute little pond with an amazing amount of wildlife. Every morning, we watched up to ten deer roaming the property. Unfortunately, the heat was not working in the main part of the cabin. But the heat did work in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Suggested some back space heaters for times when heater is not working. We had brought extra blankets and ate are meals in the bedrooms.

Amazing place

Amazing place to stay. Beautiful scenery, deer family in the yard oftern. Close enough to the sites and far enough awaay to be peaceful. Definitely will return. Buffy is an excellent host.

Great family vacation

We had a great time. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. The area was great and located to all the places we wanted to explore. We even got to aee deer on the property. My kids loved the family games, fuseball and board games. We played every night. The owner was very communicative and checked in qith ua.

Lighting / Safety

Property had numerous issues with light bulbs being out which contributed to overall all poor lighting within the rental. My spouse and I ended up driving to a store to purchase battery operated lanterns to supplement the lighting situation. In addition, I had to contact the property manager to make her aware of a major safety issue and concern regarding one of the upstairs outlets that a lamp was plugged into. The receptacle was clearly burned on one side (sent an texted picture of it) and the fixture itself was hot to the touch. I'm not an electrician by any means but this was a major safety hazard and could have contributed to a fire. Upon contacting the property manager she thanked me for the information and stated she'd have it looked at next week. I'm sorry but that answer was completely unacceptable, it should have been addressed immediately and for those of you reading this would you be okay if this was a situation in your own home? Otherwise the property was in a good location, located in a quiet area and had good surrounding scenery however we will not be renting here again.

Beautiful cabin for a weekend retreat

My 30-something wedding party got together for a long weekend to plan the music and seating arrangements, and to have a relaxing weekend in the woods. The cabin is beautiful, well furnished and was clean and tidy when we arrived. Elizabeth was very friendly and checked in with us Saturday morning. As an animal lover, I was delighted to see a robins nest being actively used on the porch. The cabin was perfect for a relaxing time with friends.

Wonderful getaway in the Poconos

The cabin is amazing. The outdoor area is simply fantastic with the fire pit along with the seating. Great amenities, they even had horseshoe pits and outdoor games for folks with children. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.
