”The staff was lovely and helpful, but this place was just awful. Mold on the bathroom door, a lock busted off of the door to the room, an overwhelming musty smell and a fog of some kind of air freshener in the hallway. It really made me wonder if PA has any regulations covering hotels at all. And the cost was not bargain basement. We stayed in a beautifully maintained hotel the next night in baltimore county for about the same price. The hotel chain and the state regulators should be ashamed of...

”There was NO WATER PRESSURE or HOT WATER, not enough towels, washcloths or toilet paper. Not enough water in hot tub (EXTREMELY disappointing!) Guest tripped on front rug upon arrival, nail sticking out at top of stair banister, extremely hard to let guests through gate, no lights near VRBO house to see the driveway, living room window didn't shut causing constant cold air to blow through. The Pac-Man game didn't work, pool table was uneven and there was no pool stick chalk. I would not refer...

”Everything looked great, place was clean, modern, and luxurious. The host was really responsive. We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. I loved the customer service and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.”
