Hello Shalane, I was quite surprised by your review, we strive for clean rooms for all our valued guests. We shampoo our carpets often and I apologize if they were not cleaned to your liking. We are here 24 hours a day & would have been happy to move you to a different room. The entire hotel is smoke free. I am also confused about the breakfast, I was here & breakfast did not close till 9 am. Perhaps you did not realize that it is Wyndham's Super Start Breakfast and is only meant to be a light start to your day. It includes coffee, tea, and a breakfast item, We offer fruit cups, granola bars, choice of juice, water and muffins. You were offered breakfast.
