”The staff was fine but the pool and spa were not working and when we walked by to get to our room, we could see the nasty water sitting there.
We went out to breakfast as the food did not look eatable. The sausage was gray in color and the eggs looked like they were sitting in water. I didn’t look any further.
The room was clean but old and dated. The switch cover didn’t properly fit in the wall exposing the area behind it.
The shower was cold, water didn’t get hot.”

”The check in process was fast and the staff was kind. However, there was a large whole in hallway ceiling with power cords exposed. It was evident my room was missed by house cleaning. The hardwood floors were dirty with footprints from the last guest. The bathroom had poop on the toilet, floors, and walls, and mysterious items on the floor. The sink had leaks and when you turned on the water large amounts of water leak onto the floor. Due to the fact that I couldn’t use the sink, I bought...
