”The room smelled terribly of chemicals so we had to keep the window open all day the whole stay, which the window did not have a screen. The toilet screeched all night.”

”Although our room was clean only one light worked as the bed lamps were burnt out. The front door was hard to close and lock. The security lock was frozen and didn’t work. We also had a back door which we had to come in to open the door on the parking lot side. That door closed easily but was hard to lock and the security latch didn’t work either. Thankfully, my husband was with me do I felt secure. Otherwise, I would asked for a different room where doors closed properly and the security...
