”The dead bolt locked my son in his room and the maintenance/cook guy eventually arrived to tell him thats just the way the lock is. This could have been a life threatening situation. ”Overall, the facility was well kept. The shower was aggravating, as the shower curtain was too short and continuously was blown outside the tub by the extremely strong delivery shower head. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was excessive condensation.
