”There wasn't A/C from what I could tell only a ceiling fan. Also it's not handicapped friendly even though there's handicapped parking. Only stairs here. The toilet in our room would barely flush toilet paper. However, the staff were VERY nice and helpful with altitude sickness remedies. It's not a bad property persay but it's on the old side and isn't 100% accommodating for everyone. Fantastic view of the lake and snow capped mountains though. ”

”My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. ”
