”Room was nice enough, it's definitely a lodge feel and it is a dated hotel but overall the room was fine. No AC though. The bed was good and the bathroom was fine. We went in June though so you could tell they don't staff it well because it's not in season.
We went to the in house restaurant and there was hardly anyone there. They had just changed the menu so you could tell everywone was still learning. Food was good though.
The spa is another story. They just straight up said we don't...

”Place was great except one thing.. the lack of AC had one room hot while others were cold and couldn’t circulate around the air. The place is beautiful just kids wanted their rooms not freezing, it was 42 degrees outside, and master bedroom was uncomfortably warm. I’m chucking that up as we should have figured out airflow better but worth keeping in mind.”

”We are long time users of Keystone properties and former owners. It is a nice unit. Kitchen is well-apportioned. Unit was clean. The unit is NOT air conditioned. The biggest issue with that is that the upstairs bedroom (with a queen and two bunks) is not usable during the summer. I tried sleeping up there with two fans to move air from downstairs to the upstairs but it didn’t work. There are no windows to open in that room. It was unbearably hot. I ended up sleeping on the couch where the temp...

”The staff was exceptional, especially Hana and Kevin. They both went well above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I.
He shout out to the valet guys and the gentleman that was running the Spa.
The property looks like an authentic Austrian village.”
