”This home has the best views of the Cape Cod canal and all the boat traffic flowing along in it. It is also incredibly well stocked and very comfortable. Our family had a lovely week there and greatly appreciated how homey the place was. The neighbors were friendly too!”

”We had a great stay in a lovely house. Linda (the host) was very responsive. There are plenty of utensils and pots and pans to cook with. House was clean and met our expectations.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean, decorately beautifully, and had everything we needed. The bottle of wine and snacks made for a nice welcome. The location and gorgeous view were beyond measure and the deck and yard are set up perfectly for watching the sunrise and relaxing by the bay. The owners are on site but that was not an issue because the space is very private. Highly recommend!”

”distance to the beach was a short 4 minute walk.. property and bungalow was extremely clean and well maintained. It was a delight to meet the hosts..”

”The rental home was very clean. You don’t have to bring anything with you. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, pots pans, and anything you would ever need. It is also close proximity to grocery stores and very walkable to beach access. We’re so happy we found this beautiful getaway. Our pup loves the private backyard.”

”Great location ”

”The most perfect spot! Our host and the neighbors were so nice and gave us great tips! Would definitely stay again”

”Great place with kayaks and paddle boards, beach, close to Mashpee Commons. Host was great and place was clean and quaint.”

”Sunsets were particularly beautiful at this home. The kitchen was well appointed. We had some struggles with the TV, but eventually figured it out. The location was good for access to Falmouth. The slope was of the driveway was a bit tricky and perhaps our only complaint. All in all, a very nice experience. Thank You.”
