”The room was not as described and had multiple issues.
The room smelled strongly like smoke, the bathroom had visible damage (peeling ceiling and poor maintenance), and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I also did not receive housekeeping or fresh towels unless I specifically requested it, which was not explained at check-in.
I stayed both nights because I had no other option, but the conditions were not acceptable for what I paid ($274). I have photos as proof.

”Just the cutest place to stay. The room was perfect, a large bathroom a small twin bed room between the bed and the bathroom, that you can put your luggage on. A wonderfully kept old manor. Breakfast was lovely, met some great people including the owner. Could not have been better!”

”The area is off-putting with cars on bricks and a lot of broken trash sitting around. The home was large enough for what we needed and pet friendly, but there were many issues. The sliding door to the balcony was duck taped in, the screen on the door did not fit and fell upon opening it. The fridge and freezer turned on but was not cold which caused us to need ice and coolers to keep our food safe. It was also moldy, dirty and smelly.The a/c units were filthy and did not cool the apartment which...
