”I booked this hotel for couple nights and was very pleased with it. I've been in better hotels in my life but for the price I payed for my nights in Lansdowne it was worth it. Location of the hotel is excellent as it is right next to the beach (which can make lot of noise during windy times) and in less than a minute walk from grocery shop and Hastins' centre. Appearance of the hotel is decent compared to Finnish standards but rooms are very tidy and cozy. My bed was very shoft, maybe too soft...

”Honestly really really great place to stay! Very good value for money, such a friendly and kind host to welcome us and even helped carry bags to our room. Ensured we had everything we needed for a fab monday-friday stay. In our room there was tea and coffee facilities, a small table and chairs, a double bed and a single bed and our own toilet and shower room which had little bottles of shampoo and shower gel which was a nice touch. ”Nice little guest house in great location. Near the bus station and only a 25 min walk to the railway station. Friendly service and good breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was not very good otherwise the room was fine. Unfortunately some customers cannot behave properly. We were woken up twice during the night when a woman was shouting and banging the door near our room.”

”The room was lovely, the staff called as soon as we checked in to see if we checked in okay which was nice. If you looked out the window to the right you could see the sea. It was in a very good location. Cafes, bars and more right down the road! Difficult with parking but managed to find a carpark two streets down for £20 for 24 hours. Overall it was a lovely place for a little getaway, me and my partner really enjoyed ourself! ”

”This is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room. Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

”Was a really comfortable stay, close to reasonable long stay parking, town, the pier etc. Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Good communication from venue in advance of stay. Only recommendation would be to have alternate milks. ”
