”We were blown away by the accommodation. The first thing you encounter on arrival is a massive indoor pool of Koi (I guess that’s in the name!) The luxury and beautiful atmosphere continues as you explore the property. We would have gone swimming but the weather was a bit nippy, the breakfast was lovely with different menu each day - oh and the muffins… Le-Anne was so welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfy beds made for a welcome rest. ”

”Staff were very good and no problems with food or dining room. Room we were given had an ac unit only in lounge and not bedrooms. Unit was old and noisy and after turning on for 2 minutes blew the electrics at the mains several times. Reception was helpful and moved us to another room which was better but no ac units in bedrooms so overall quite warm. They did provide a fan but that was noisy. ”Got to the place and it was in terrible condition. Dirty covers and bedbugs. No way was staying there. Contacted them to cancel reservation (with charge of one night) was planning on staying 5 nights. Didn't stay not one night. Never got a response from the hotel about cancelling the reservation. Instead my card was charged for a one night stay. No one should ever consider staying at the dump. Until this day still haven't heard from the hotel which a paid for and didn't stay not one night.
