”This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! ”

”Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation.”

”Matt was extremely cooperative and always available for any questions we had. The house was totally stocked with everything one might need in case you forgot something. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the perfect size for a large family getaway. The fact that it was pet friendly was very important to us.”

”Nice location but property needed more preparation before hosting guestsWe arrived after dark and had difficulty finding the address because the property has no house number. Addresses on that street are not sequential adding to the confusion. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom towels appeared to be rationed. Each person got 1 (small) bath towel, a hand towel and wash rag with 1 extra of each under the sink. My towel had a good sized hole in it. We did call Jaryn to request more towels...
