”Maintenance on the rooms is horrible. The bathtub faucet was heavy dripping and by the next day was a steady stream despite being tightly closed. The sink was clogged resulting in slow drainage. The lamp next to the bed had lost it's turn on/off switch so was useless. The shower tiles grout was blackened.
On the positives, the desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice.”

”We actually picked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool. When we got there early we could not check early on a late Monday morning and we were NOT informed that the pool was empty and not available to use via the website nor when we checked in. Our entire party was very disappointed. Also the A/C unit was unusually loud and the room was very humid the entire time. ”
