”Newer hotel in great location plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The only negative is you have to use your key card to operate the elevators so if you were going to get DoorDash or delivery, you have to meet them in the lobby.”

”Overall property is clean and has had some updates but definitely still dated and worn. Breakfast was disappointing. Cheese omelette looked wet and runny. Waffle maker wasn’t working. ”

”Fantastic stay at the Louisville Holiday Inn Airport South! The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff, especially Ashley, and the team at the Bar & Grill for their amazing service. The breakfast was high quality, and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient and punctual. I will definitely stay here again!”

”Not the easiest to find the entrance to. A bit tricky. Check-in went fine, but desk was un-attended when I needed some assistance. Obvious smell of weed when I went in. Was supposed to recieve a package, 3 days later when I checked out I was told it never arrived. Nearby restaurants not very good.”

”Easy access off of the highway, close proximity to several restaurants and the airport. Clean rooms, relatively quiet and nice amenities in the room itself. Bed was very comfortable. ”

”We had breakfast on property and would do it again. The staff, amazing. The food, amazing! They made omelets to order, had fresh fruit and as we are from the south we thought it cute they called grits and cheese a breakfast special. ”

”The room was not ready when we arrived at 1:00 AM. The next day, we asked for shower gel because it hadn't been refilled, and it took them an hour to bring it to us. I did not use the bar or the restaurant, so I have no opinion on them; however, the staff members were very attentive.”

”Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible. ”
