”I was on Concierge level - a first for me. The room was amazing! Concierge level had a separate lounge Mon thru Friday for Continental breakfast. On Saturday I had to go to main restaurant for breakfast where it was very understaffed, they ran out of many main items early, they didn’t speak English (cook said 5 minutes for everything and I waited 30 minutes and didn’t get my item; server didn’t understand Earl Gray Tea), and the selections were much less than what was available at concierge...

”Unfortunately this hotel is starting to show its age. Room was clean, but starting to show wear. Breakfast was a joke. Hotel was full for a national archery tournament (for teenagers) and they ran out of food, coffee, juice most mornings. One morning there was only biscuits and gravy on the hot table. And only 1 waffle maker which was constantly in use and a waiting line. They need to up staff for the kitchen. I think only 1 person currently. Carpets in the elevator lobby is worn. Only 1...

”I enjoyed my stay it was a cute hotel near the express way for drivers but also walkable to many restaurants near by for those that don't drive .If your staying like for 3 days it's good.They do have free coffee and juice and early morning have small muffins.The staff was nice and funny like I said no problems there now it could use a little touch up here and there but nothing to bad ..the walls are thin so guessing no instalation so can hear people moving around that the only problem I had was...

”DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE!!!!! I called on Sunday night to ask about a deposit and they said there wasnt one, get there Monday to check in and they say there's a deposit the policy went into effect that day. So we went and did some Uber deliveries and Walmart deliveries to make the money pull back up at 930 before check in cut off time and get told that they have no rooms and they sold out even tho I had already paid for the room! Didn't even bother to try and find us a different hotel. Absolutely...

”We left early, the bath tub was dirty, the outside of the fridge was dirty it looked like it was never cleaned. The inside wouldn’t get cold. The towels were stained. It was a whole mess. We didn’t bother to try breakfast.”

”Do not judge a book by its cover. They are doing renovation in the area around the hotel. Once you find the small entryway you will see a beautiful hotel. Inside is wonderful. Staff was kind and on top of everything you wanted. Bar in lobby. Food on premises or within walking distance. Grocery store a 1/2 block. We would stay there again. Very clean and quiet rooms. ”
