”Rude staff”

”Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed. We work remote and the wifi is sufficient plus have Ethernet connection. Breakfast has a wonderful variety of food as well as coffees and teas. We had to extend our stay several...

”Parking safe and easy”

”Quiet, out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Nothing negative, pleasant staff, and no issues. All thoughts on the vacation. A short trip, so time not stressed over accommodations is a plus in itself.”

”Could use a little more inspection on bedding cleanliness and not really any prepared hot breakfast. But, staff was friendly and overall value was good for what you paid for.”

”I checked in late in the evening and only stayed one night. The AGM checked me in, she was very kind and attentive even though it was so late. I had a king room on the first floor, it was clean and comfortable. Room service knocked an hour before checkout to see if I needed anything before heading out. Checkout was also smooth and the morning staff was just as kind as the night before. I slept past breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food selections. I would stay here again and recommend. ”

”Room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful There was no coffee maker in the room which I really need in the mornings . I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! ”
