”I travel frequently for work and stay in all kinds of hotels—from high-end properties to more budget-friendly ones—so I understand the difference in amenities and usually don’t mind keeping my expectations realistic.
That said, this was the first time I’ve stayed somewhere, regardless of price point, that didn’t even provide soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. Not even a bar of soap.

”Everything smelled wet and moist. The hallways were warm and it was hard to open the door because the carpet installed was swelling or something so had to drag the door over that carpet. The hosts we initially spoke with were very pleasant though. For the money I would advise going somewhere else.”

”Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge was excellent from start to finish. My son had an amazing time at the water park, and it was wonderful seeing how much fun there was for families and kids. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better.

”The clerk that checked us in was very helpful and nice. The floor in our room was very dirty. I took a towel and rubbed on the floor and it was black, needless to say, I did not walk around in bare feet. We left our car and took the shuttle to the airport. The way to the airport was great, but a long wait for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, we had to call twice. The shuttle driver was nice and helpful when he arrived.”
