”We interacted with 2 staff members. A woman ( with a cute dog) and a gentleman whose name was Javon, I believe. Both incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, as was checking out. Room was clean and quiet. Small bathroom, but loved the double-head shower. Very nice hot breakfast. Better than what you usually expect. Bagels, eggs, sausage and a lot more. Parking was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.”

”when i checked into hotel i was given room on first floor - when i asked for a higher level i was told the air conditioning was broken and i should stay on first floor bc it would be cooler. i was also told they were in process of fixng the air but i was not fixed and the room was warm and stuffy. Queen bed felt undersized. Slate floor as you entered room was broken and cracked. Birch veneer on the TV cabinet/closet was peeling and cracked.

The room we stayed in also didn't have amenities like a fridge or microwave, but this was noted at the time of the reservation. The restaurant on the property was very good - food quality, service and pricing were all reasonable.”

”First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me.”

”Good fisrt... staff was great and mostly kind. Beds are quite conformable! Affordavle and convienient. Small indoor pool for off season swimming was nice as well.
