**Rental Agreement:** A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival in accordance with applicable property insurance and/or HOA requirements. The agreement confirms guest responsibilities, occupancy limits, and property rules.



**Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a 97% refund. Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival receive a 47% refund. No refunds are issued within 14 days of arrival.



**Nonrefundable Fees:** Refund percentages account for Salish Vacations' 3% nonrefundable transaction processing fee. Vrbo and WanderOS collect their own platform service fees separately.
