”I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away!
ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am!
Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730...

”Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!”

”Upon arrival the front desk staff was prompt, professional and helpful. Very easy check in process. Got to my room and the musty smell while I opened the door was quite strong. Smells like carpet that needs a desperate cleaning. The room was clean, other than stains and wear marks on the chair and ottoman(so bad I wouldn’t even set anything on it). The air conditioner/heat unit was overly loud and had a rattling noise all night long. The bathroom vent fan/light combo was the loudest one I ever...
