”Weren’t told of any of the amenities when checking in and learned from other staff about cookies, breakfast etc. pool was cloudy due to someone getting sick in it. Room was exceedingly HOT even when we turned off all heat sources. The heat issue plus Bathroom being set for 88 making my wife sick almost every night of our stay. Being just below the fourth floor lounge in 304 meant we hear all the footsteps and activity of equipment on the 4rth floor in the early hours. For 400+ per night...

”Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted us was extemly nice and professional. However, he didnt know wich room or area we were staying in.
He asked if we were staying in the Farm house we said yes. He then began to ask if we were sure we wanted to stay in that room since it was two bedrooms and there was only two of us.
