”Beautiful property, convenient location, and walkable from the ferry terminal. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Bonus was the organic farm across the street with all of the animals =) The property also owns a local farm-to-table restaurant that has excellent service and food. ”The hotel was in a great location. Could walk to several restaurants and beaches. The staff kept the hotel very clean. Unfortunately our room was basically in the lobby so very noisy at times. The door to our room was very hard to open. Did not expect the sundeck and pool to be on different floors. We were promised two free drinks but it was actually BOGO which is not the same!”

”The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. ”

”When you enter the shore house it’s really dark, dingy and the front desk area is very cluttered. It’s nothing like the images on the website. The bathrooms are super tiny with the sink outside in the room. The sink is so poorly constructed that you can barely wash your face or brush your teeth without getting water all over the floor. The floors of our room was dirty and sandy. The breakfast choices are awful, the almond milk was sour, the hard boiled eggs looked like they’ve been sitting out...

”Hundreds of cigarette butts everywhere. Had to get my key cards validated 3x in a 2 day stay. Drug deals blatantly going on in and in front of property. Room was disgusting: sheets and pillow cases obviously reused. Went to Walmart to buy my own, fridge was filthy, room dusty, ant-infested, hair in tub. 1 towel and 1 hand towel whole stay. No room service. TV was always going out. Smelled musty. Found women's underwear and top in drawers. I finally heard a vacuum, at 820pm in hallway! No...
