”The staff were polite and friendly. I liked that we could access our room from a door closer to it. We liked the automatic door for our room. Breakfast was really good.”
”The room was a great size, extremely comfortable and well laid out. Large bathroom with separate vanity area was a big plus. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had. Food was hot, everything was fresh. Huge plus for having GF items and an oat milk alternative. Staff was wonderful. ”
”Kai was gracious. It is Pet Friendly, but the pet fee is almost as much as the room fee. Location is nearly perfect. Rooms are comfortable. We did have a few power outages, but thermostats were programmed and I have a battery backup for the sound machine. ”

Phone in room did not work and cell was sketchy so I had to walk out to the desk in my PJs to get an issue resolved (needed WIFI code as mine had expired). Bathtub drain backed up somewhat as I was showering. Otherwise great stay. Thanks for the 2 extra pillows as I requested, I really need them.”

”First, I did NOT stay here. I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that it had a pool and hot tub. When I arrived, the pool and hot tub were closed and had been closed for what seemed like awhile. I just wanted to leave a review in case anyone else takes amenities into account. The front desk was really nice and let me cancel my reservation. They didn’t give me a hassle at all and were understanding. ”
