”The towels were stained! Walked all the way to the front desk where the front attendant was not friendly at all, and got 2 more and they were stained. Room itself was fine. The door didn’t extend all the way to the ground, so there was about an inch space open at the bottom. It cost $100 to stay there, and wouldn’t stay there again.”

”We had a great stay. For someone who doesn’t know the area, we felt safe and comfortable here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My mom said her bed was a little firmer than she likes but mine was just fine. The air worked and the hot water and water pressure was magnificent. We did have an issue with the batteries dying in our door card reader thing (that unlocks the door with your hotel key card) but the front desk staff and the manager came out and swapped the batteries and we didn’t have...

”Clean rooms ,dresser drawer would not stay closed. Kids being loud after 10.00,back door was popped open .and coffee was very week. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Oh my stay was for 3 people and cleaning people will only put 2 big bath towels out Both of my stays had to ask for an extra bath towels. So take extra towels if there is going to be 3 or more people.”

"Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
