”Clean, updated, friendly staff. Yalini at the front desk was helpful and so nice! ”

”The only thing was I believe filters have to be changed in the unit that provides the air conditioning and heat. Anytime you entered into the room that was an odor that wasn’t pleasant. The buffet breakfast was a small selection that was enough for us to start our day.”

”The room was clean, but the sink took hours to drain after washing my hands. When I called the front desk, it was 10pm and they were of NO help. It was MSU graduation weekend and there is no way that this room was worth what they charged ($254). This was like a $100 room at best if I ignore the other guest who were loudAF and the slow draining sink. I really want a partial refund for the sink, but I doubt that I ever hear from anyone.”

”Best thing about the hotel was that the front desk staff member was nice. The hotel is in poor shape and the reviews and ratings are misleading imo. The room smelled mildewy, the bathroom had mold and a strong smell, the bedding was stained (altho appeared washed) and the sound traveled so that every time a person went in or out of their rooms the doors slammed and woke us up. Our room door was hard to open and the windows ce machine was broken and no vending machines worked.”

”Bowling alley next door. Dont order door dash the people at the desk will say its ok there and then ur food comes up missing, they wont let you speak to a manager. The breakfast is not worth going to. Staff is rude towards you and your kid's. I watched them be rude with a couple who were married and visiting feom out of town. ”My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!”
