Located within a peaceful cove on Lake Sinclair is Blue Heron Hideaway, a luxury waterfront home with everything you could need for a relaxing stay.
The home features a private dock, fire pit and stunning decked patio perfect for entertaining and birdwatching. Inside you’ll find 3 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen and open concept living with a fireplace, Xbox & fun board games.
You’ll be only mins from wineries, wedding venues & Downtown Eatonton with its restaurants, shops and top golf course.
Make your way up onto the sunny front porch, check yourself in and be greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, glamorous outdoor living and stunning views out over the cove giving you a lakeside getaway you’ll never forget.
Gather together in the spacious living area where you can light the warm fireplace at the touch of a button then relax on the large wrap around sectional and stream a movie on the 50” smart TV.
Raining out? No worries, the home is ready for rainy days with an Xbox, a Golden Tee video game and a shelf full of fun family board games that is sure to keep everyone entertained for hours.
Across from the living room is the gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee machine to get your day started right and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need to cook up all your family favorites.
You’ll find three generous bedrooms within the home with each offering comfortable beds topped in quality linen, Smart TVs and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

The Crepe Myrtle Café is a local favorite for breakfast and brunch or stock up on your own supplies at the Walmart Supercenter only 12 minutes away.
Pack your clubs and tee off at The Oaks at Cuscowilla golf course in idyllic Eatonton then drop into Southern comfort wines at Little River Winery, a scenic 35 minute drive away in Milledgeville for an afternoon of fine wines and delicious food.
