”I spent the late afternoon sitting round the lake, it was very relaxing and pretty view.
My evening meal was nice as was my breakfast.

”Paid a lot of money to stay here for 7 nights. 4 star, Marriot what could possibly go wrong?
NO Air Con just a fan grate on the ceiling blowing warm air into the room. Plastic desk fan blowing warm air around the room. 1 lift only for the whole hotel. Bathroom with plaster and paint flaking of the ceiling, sink tap wobbling, bath stained and unclean, shower glass with dried stains from previous guests, only feather pillows and quilt, had to purchase non feather pillows myself.

”Property seemed nice on arrival but very basic kitchen utensils etc, dodgy fridge, dirty bathroom with hairs on floor, sides and a collection within the bath plug hole... The bath itself also was not very inviting and requires updating or atleast the shower unit. No hot tub although it clearly states on the advert itself and on all my booking correspondents.. Extremely dissapointed as this was one of the main selling points when I booked the property for a weekend. I had no communication with...
