”The apartment is wonderful! The location is excellent, the staff is very attentive, the check-in process is easy, and everything else about the listing is as described. Overall, I had a very good experience.
However, there is one recurring issue that I believe should be addressed. The listing advertises access to a jacuzzi, but unfortunately, it has not been available during either of my two stays because it is always under repair. I believe this should be clearly disclosed in the listing so...

”The room was spacious and well suited for business travelers. Its excellent location put shops, restaurants, and public transportation within easy reach, and the property also had a modest but useful gym. The room was reasonably clean and included a refrigerator, microwave, pots, and pans—useful amenities for preparing meals during an extended stay. Because I stayed for only four days, I used just the microwave and refrigerator. The only drawback was that there was no soap in the shower, though...

”A new and very modern and clean appartment hotel. No services, reception open 24h. My experience would have been perfect without the last morning incident: I had booked a taxi to the airport a day before my departure for 8:00 am. The guy in the reception made and confirmed my booking and the price of 120.000 pesos. Next morning when I checked out there was another guy at the reception and he had no idea of any taxi booking. Instead, he said they do not arrange any transportations. Anyway, he...

”Initially I uncomfortable with no onsite check in, but the remote staff was quickly responsive and fully communicative. The studio, apartment 101, was basic but clean and comfortable. Be sure to ask for instructions on how to use the safe; I kept messing it up. The building's noise level is reasonable; another guest decided one night to sit in the lounge and stream through his speakerphone but he promptly stopped when I called the disturbance to his attention. Lastly, the neighborhood is a gem,...
