”The hotel is a beautiful old house with a lot of character. The personnel was really helpful and nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean and there was hot water in the shower. There was wifi and also a laptop for public use in the lounge area. Free tea and fruit and/or cake available all day. The hotel is located about 10 blocks from the main plaza, which didn't bother us, but I wouldn't recommend walking there alone at night.”

”We stayed for the night to be close to the airport. I highly recommend this stay. The staff were wonderful, they received us like family. They were very accommodating and flexible. They served us breakfast in the morning and it was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Conveniently close to the airport and they can help with taxi arrangements to the airport. My recommendation is to bring a snack if you arrive late since you may not be able to go shopping at night. I will return...

”This was an absolutely magical stay in Baños by the roaring river Pastaza. I really wished that I could have stayed more than one night! The views were amazing, and I would have surely loved to take more advantage of the hammock on the balcony! Hospitality and host great and accommodating too, with parking available, highly recommended! ”
