”The room was adequate clean and convenient”

”The staff was friendly and helpful. The hallways and public areas were clean and updated. Breakfast was good and better than your typical hotel breakfast. The rooms were clean enough but need updating. The housekeeping staff did a great job, but the carpet is old and worn, the furniture is old, the bathroom needs updating, etc.”

”We had booked another motel but they called us mid ride from out of state to tell us they weren't open at the time due to a repairs. I found this location hurriedly on our way and was pleased with the outcome. It was nice to have a little kitchenette. There wasn't any staff other than house cleaning on the premises, it was all remotely done through key codes. Their site does indicate that there is a breakfast but there was not, there was a breakfast area and sitting area but no food provided. I...

”Beware the hotel doesn't have any rooms that was pet free. The first room they assigned me smelled like pet urine which i an allergic to. So I asked to be moved to another room. The second room didn't have any wash clothes or towels so I called down to the receptionist and she told me that they were being cleaned and ot would be an hour before I would receive them. Unfortunately I have to check out within an hour of checking in. Also the hotel advertise it has a kitchen,but it doesn't have any...

”A very average stay. It’s an older building decorated in drab grays. Only one of two elevators was functional. With our late arrival, I did not appreciate the 6 semi trucks parked around the hotel that took up several spaces. They did accept cash for snacks. The beds seemed clean with ample pillows.”

”The toilet in the room was broken when we arrived and needed to be repaired after we called down and complained. In the morning, while using the microwave in the room, we lost power in the room and they were not able to fix it while we were there. Overall for a 1 night stay, it was not enjoyable. Curious if we were put in that room, knowing the toilet was broken because we booked thru Expedia at a reduced rate?! I am a Hilton Honors member and not sure I will use Expedia again if this is how...
