Beware — dishonest host, disgusting bedrooms, construction outside & zero privacy!!!
Guests beware!!! This host is not honest about her property and ghosts you when you reach out!
Before we left for our trip, the host assured us, in writing, that there were linens in the property. But when our family of 6 arrived after a full day's drive, we found the beds lacked sheets and pillow cases, and that the bathrooms had no wash cloths. There were none anywhere in the property. We attempted to contact the host multiple times — 4 texts, 4 calls, and even a call to VRBO support. She NEVER replied and left us to have to sleep in our clothes rather than bare beds without clean sheets!!
To make matters worse, the property is in the midst of a construction site! They were bulldozing at 7 am. Later, when our daughter went to use the hot tub in the back, she was ogled by 4 construction workers less than 10 feet from the house. Awkward.
We asked the host for some flexibility in light of these events and she just ghosted us again saying she has poor reception. Never heard back.
Bottom line: Would never recommend anyone pay money to stay in this basement place with no clean places to sleep and surrounded by construction!!
