Host lives in the upstairs unit which enters through the garage, so the basement unit is completely private.

Everything was great, very clean, prompt responses from the owner and very kind. Had a blast with the gaming room and the spa was clean and warm. The only downfall was only one TV. Nice short drive to powder mountain.

Beware — dishonest host, disgusting bedrooms, construction outside & zero privacy!!!

Guests beware!!! This host is not honest about her property and ghosts you when you reach out! Before we left for our trip, the host assured us, in writing, that there were linens in the property. But when our family of 6 arrived after a full day's drive, we found the beds lacked sheets and pillow cases, and that the bathrooms had no wash cloths. There were none anywhere in the property. We attempted to contact the host multiple times — 4 texts, 4 calls, and even a call to VRBO support. She NEVER replied and left us to have to sleep in our clothes rather than bare beds without clean sheets!! To make matters worse, the property is in the midst of a construction site! They were bulldozing at 7 am. Later, when our daughter went to use the hot tub in the back, she was ogled by 4 construction workers less than 10 feet from the house. Awkward. We asked the host for some flexibility in light of these events and she just ghosted us again saying she has poor reception. Never heard back. Bottom line: Would never recommend anyone pay money to stay in this basement place with no clean places to sleep and surrounded by construction!!

The place we stayed at was more than what we thought it would be. We absolutely loved the place and plan on coming back. We stayed there the night before the Spartan race. The views were perfect.

Loved it here!

We loved it here!! It was such a beautiful location and an adorable rental. Sitting in the hot tub and enjoying and view was the perfect way to end the night. The host was quick to answer when we had question. We would definitely come back!

Amazing Stay in Prime Location

Our stay at Annika's place was pure perfection. The view of the snowy landscape and mountains was an absolute dream. Annika is an outstanding host and made it checking in a breeze and our stay so great. Can't recommend this place and Annika as a hkst enough!

Mountain getaway

We loved staying here. The place is nice, clean, and quiet. It’s located towards the end of the street. The view is spectacular! We were very comfortable here. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The hot tub was nice and clean and we used it frequently. Annika was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. The refrigerator is small but adequate. No freezer, but that wasn’t a problem with the bountiful snow and cold temps. We would definitely stay here again.

Better than the photos

The place was quite nice and the hot tub and view were amazing. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a very spacious downstairs space, but the kitchen is quite small, so don't plan to cook elaborate meals. There is a nice bbq however. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee mugs. Also would have been nice to have bath mats. Other than that- it was perfect!

Beautiful Location Beautiful Home

We stayed for a midweek ski trip. The home was immaculate and easy to get to from the resort. Being able to soak in a jacuzzi after a day of riding was so relaxing.

Found Heaven in Eden

Absolutely charming home. Located in a perfect spot close to Powder Mountain and Snow Basin. So much room, pictures don’t do it justice. Mattresses were all memory foam and I slept like a baby, and this comes from a girl who has a very bad back and has a hard time sleeping away from home in beds that aren’t my own. Will absolutely be making this my home away from home when in Eden :)

The host was accommodating of our request for early check in. The location was good, but the mattresses were so low quality that a goodnight sleep was impossible. Upon first glance it is a nice property, but things like the mattresses and the thermostat being turned back down to 65 (it was a really cold night) after we had adjusted it up to 74 didn't help. The footsteps above were also heavy and disruptive.

Beautiful pet friendly place.

Great property to rent with easy access to community park. It has a great view from the upper yard. The location is over a mile to anything and they’re redoing the water systems on all the roads going to the house, few detours. Hopefully they will be done soon. ❤️❤️

Unforgettable stay!

We had the most amazing time in Eden at Annika’s place. The home was so clean and cozy, the location was absolutely breathtaking, and the hot tub was such a great bonus!! It was super clean and worked great. The views are AMAZING and Annika was so kind and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We even got engaged in the back yard so…it was a very special trip! :)
