”Welcoming stay at a beautifully maintained guest house in Penrith. The owner Sue was very helpful, with great suggestions for dinner and day trips, and efficient service. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Delicious cooked breakfast. Great location, close to town centre and a ten minute walk from the train station. ”

”We were a party of 10, getting together to celebrate the 60th birthday party of 2 family members. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, although to be honest we spend most of our time in the cosy but large kitchen and adjacent games room. Many period features allowed you to really experience how they used to love. Kirby Stephen high street was a stones throw away, making it convenient for local shops and pubs. Would highly recommend for a large family get together”
