The 660 sq ft home consists of 2 full beds and 1 sofa sleeper to comfortably sleep 5 people. WiFi is provided for guests and a Roku tv where you can log into your streaming application or switch to cable.

There is a full driveway available to guests that can fit up to 3 cars. Street parking is also available. Guests can drive around town, but it is not necessary as the home is 3 blocks and walking distance to downtown Broad street where all the local shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, historic monuments and the waterfront are located.
